Job Description: Virtual Networx Inc seeks a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and data processing solutions that support business operations and analytical reporting. Develop scalable data integration solutions, cloud-based analytics infrastructure, and software applications using modern programming languages, database technologies, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and administration of transactional and analytical data constructs/structures and the movement of data between production systems and across multiple platforms.
• Perform data sanity check and quality check through data pipeline to ensure that all the legal compliances are met and fairness in treatment principles are applied to all the test subjects present in the company's segmentation population through the date pipeline by designing validation test cases and executing them.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design solutions.
• Build analytics infrastructure for data processing on AWS Cloud platform to streamline and automate recurring campaigns by scheduling data processing clusters that perform data segmentation, data hand off and statistical analytics required for result reporting.
• Identify system data, software components required to meet user needs.
• Test and verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes.
• Perform segmentation analytics using database technologies present both on premise (such as SQL, Teradata, UNIX) and on Cloud platform using AWS (Amazon Web Services) technologies and Big Data Technologies, such as Spark, Spark, Python and Redshift.
• Perform security analyses of developed system integration architecture.
• Design and conduct software tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2 years of related experience in software engineering, data engineering, distributed systems, or cloud based application development.
• Experience with software development using Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Teradata.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Amazon Redshift, ETL processes, and distributed data processing.
• Experience with software testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
