Onboarding Specialist

Insight Global are seeking a Junior Onboarding Consultant for a leading financial services organisation based in London.

This position requires 5 days onsite in London, UK for a 12-month contract and is Inside IR35 .

As a Junior Onboarding Consultant, you will join a team responsible for onboarding institutional clients and ensuring they are fully set up to trade. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, you will coordinate with a range of internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, and AML teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.

You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, proactively drive timelines, and help clients navigate the onboarding process through to trading readiness.

• Experience supporting client onboarding activities within investment banking, asset management, or financial services environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working directly with clients within financial services
