Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Telecom industry experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with telecom stakeholders to understand business processes, products, and operational workflows.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Telecom SMEs.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Support UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and production validation.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with UAT, testing, and defect management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Telecom Domain Experience

Experience with BSS/OSS, telecom billing, CRM, provisioning, order management, network operations, customer lifecycle, service activation, or telecom products/services is a strong plus.
