HR Project Manager - Oracle Fusion/ERP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major HR technology transformation involving Workday and Oracle Fusion ERP. This role will oversee the HR-side workstream, coordinating Workday and downstream system changes while partnering across HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology/ERP project activities, including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
• Manage multiple Workday integrations from requirements through deployment
• Coordinate system changes related to organizational structures, Chart of Accounts, cost centers, and workforce data
• Lead SIT and UAT, including test planning, defect resolution, and business sign-off
• Maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, risks, and change controls
• Coordinate cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to support
• Provide project updates and escalate key risks or decisions to leadership
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, business stakeholders, consultants, and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP certification required
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Project Management preferred
• Experience leading HR technology or ERP transformation projects
• Hands-on experience managing multiple Workday integrations
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP projects strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading SIT and UAT
• Strong project governance, risk management, and change control experience
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
