Job Description
- Migrate legacy Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit applications to Oracle APEX.
- Develop and maintain secure web applications that handle sensitive PII/PHI data and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Use Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS to modernize existing systems.
- Support critical Virginia Vital Records applications, including Birth, Death, and Screening Registries.
- Work on data modernization projects and maintain integrations with state and federal agency systems.
