What You'll Do
- Drive portfolio performance by reducing delinquency and charge-offs
- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process
- Maintain compliance with company lending and collection policies
- Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience
- Assist the Finance Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals
- Assist in Underwriting decisions and loan closing procedures
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence making data-driven decisions
- Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus
