Marketing Technology Lead

£80k-£90k + Bonus + Benefits

London / Hybrid

A digital-first, super fast-growing company is hiring a technical MarTech specialist to take control of its marketing stack. You'll run a major CRM platform move, bring customer data from across the business into one reliable view, and use AI to make the marketing team faster.

What You'll Do

  • Run a CRM platform migration from start to finish, including planning, go-live and checking the data matches afterwards
  • Connect data from across the marketing stack into one dependable customer view, working closely with the data team
  • Spot data problems and fix them yourself instead of passing them on
  • Automate repetitive work such as testing, audits and reporting using AI tools
  • Manage tech partners and act as the go-to technical voice for marketing

You'll Bring

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse
  • A track record of leading a platform migration or a large data integration
  • Real hands-on experience automating work with AI tools
  • Experience with enterprise CRM or customer engagement platforms
  • Comfort turning loose goals into a clear technical plan
  • Experience in a regulated sector
