Need - Scrum Master - San Diego, CA - Onsite - (LOCALS OR NEAR BY LOCATIONS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, guide Scrum teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles.

• Remove impediments and resolve blockers affecting team progress.

• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.

• Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and project issues.

• Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.

• Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with relevant Scrum Master experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Preferred: Experience working in large-scale Agile environments and handling multiple teams.
