A long-established, family-run contractor with a strong presence across Kent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civils and infrastructure projects. The business delivers major groundworks, drainage, earthworks, infrastructure packages, concrete works and principal contracting across the region, supported by strong in-house resources and a stable order book.

• Lead civils projects from pre-start to handover

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and direct labour

• Ensure programme, budget, quality and safety compliance

• Maintain strong client relationships

• Oversee reporting, procurement and commercial coordination

• Proven Project Manager in civils/groundworks/infrastructure

• Strong technical understanding of drainage, earthworks or concrete structures

• Confident leading teams and managing stakeholders

• Full UK driving licence
