Salary range: 140k/yr - 180k/yr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Marketing Data Analysis: Perform analysis using tech stack tools like SQL and Tableau to derive actionable insights.


• Voice of Customer (VoC) Program: Build and run VoC initiatives through win/loss analysis, customer calls, surveys, NPS, and advisory panels.


• Product Marketing Messaging: Cultivate messaging for the product marketing team based on feedback from decision-makers and influencers.


• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, track industry trends, and perform "secret shopping" on competitors.


• Tech Stack & Tool Adoption: Partner with vendors to support tech stack implementations, change management, and user adoption.

Must-Haves:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in a related field plus 8+ years of experience in market research, customer intelligence, or competitive analysis.


• B2B SaaS / Tech Focus: Proven background in B2B marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or technology environments (Fintech or banking software preferred).


• VoC Design Experience: Hands on experience designing and running structured VoC programs, customer interviews, and advisory boards.


• Tool Operation & AI Utilization: Technical ability to operate surveys, CRM reporting (Salesforce), product analytics (Pendo/Mixpanel), and leverage AI to scale output.


• Company Scale Adaptability: Demonstrated experience spanning both enterprise-level organizations and fast paced startup environments.
