About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable NOC Technician to support a nationwide infrastructure project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working evening or overnight hours.
You’ll be supporting field technicians during equipment installations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring smooth rollout operations across multiple locations. This position is located in Knoxville, TN.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting network rollouts or infrastructure projects
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely during off-hours
- Familiarity with Cisco/Meraki devices and command-line interfaces is a plus
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a bonus
