Senior Software Engineer [$305k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems and processing-intensive analytics for large-scale data sets. • Design algorithms, implement database queries, and lead software development efforts across modern platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate system architecture and software performance.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 14+ years • Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly Job Description: • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and system performance specifications. • Design, code, and test new software components or enhance existing systems using Java, Python, AWS, Hadoop, Accumulo, and Terraform. • Develop and implement complex algorithms adhering to strict timing, system resource, and interface constraints. • Design and implement complex database and data repository interfaces and queries. • Serve as a technical team lead, overseeing software development teams and ensuring adherence to engineering process standards. • Provide expertise on hardware and software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration. • Write, review, and maintain system documentation and comprehensive software test procedures.
