Collaboration Administrator - Sharepoint

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Collaboration Administrator - Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including sites, permissions, access, and governance
• Establish and maintain standards for security, external sharing, data protection, content management, and platform governance
• Support backup, restore, and recovery processes for SharePoint and OneDrive and maintain related documentation
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and support platform modernization, risk remediation, and continuous improvement
• Support integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 technologies
• Assist with content migrations from file shares, cloud storage, and legacy collaboration platforms
• Partner with security, infrastructure, application development, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices to support adoption and effective platform use
• Help evaluate new capabilities and contribute to the Microsoft 365 technology roadmap

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or similar collaboration technologies
• Experience with SharePoint administration, permissions, site management, governance, and external sharing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph
• Understanding of information architecture, security, compliance, content lifecycle management, and platform integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
