• Responsibilities*

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing surfaces for paint or stain by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling imperfections, etc.
• Preparing unpainted surfaces by taping, masking, etc.
• Applying paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Restoring and maintaining previously coated surfaces.
• Removing/installing fixtures and performing minor repairs related to painting tasks.
• Utilizing hand tools effectively to complete projects efficiently.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project.
• Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Qualifications*

Previous residential painting experience is *not* required. We value on-the-job training and expect to work closely with each employee to achieve our desired standards. We encourage you to apply if you meet any or all of the following qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and the patience to produce quality workmanship.
• Motivated to constantly improve and prideful in a job well done.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and/or painting equipment.
• Experience working with your hands or in any trade, especially finish work (tile, flooring, millwork, etc.).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Comfortability with heights, ladders, etc.
