The Opportunity
Our client is a healthcare technology and managed-services company helping hospitals and health systems manage critical Input/Output environments, including printers, scanners, label devices, fax, and connected workflows. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to expand relationships with hospitals and health systems across California. Responsibilities
Identify and target high-value health-system accounts.

Create strategic account plans and execute outbound sales strategies. Generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and partnerships. Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Lead complex sales opportunities from discovery through close. Present solutions and business cases to senior healthcare executives. Manage proposals, negotiations, and enterprise sales processes. Maintain accurate CRM and forecast information. Partner with marketing and leadership on strategic opportunities.

Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets. Requirements
6+ years of successful enterprise sales experience. Background selling complex technology solutions or managed services. Healthcare IT and health-system sales experience strongly preferred. Existing relationships with healthcare IT decision-makers are a plus. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-management abilities. Demonstrated success managing complex and lengthy sales cycles. Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
