Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to deploy, manage, and maintain Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse platforms on Kubernetes across multiple factory data centers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, streaming technologies, automation, monitoring, and production platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse on Kubernetes using operators such as Strimzi, Flink Kubernetes Operator, and ClickHouse Operator.

• Develop and maintain Helm charts, manage stateful workloads, and support multi-cluster and multi-site deployments.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.

• Perform load testing, capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

• Implement security, access controls, network isolation, and multi-tenancy across factory environments.

• Manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux for automated deployments and upgrades.

• Define backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies to minimize downtime and prevent data loss.

• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation, while validating changes before production deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, StatefulSets, and Kubernetes operators.

• Expertise in Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and ClickHouse deployment and administration.

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, ArgoCD/Flux, and infrastructure automation.

• Experience with platform security, TLS/mTLS, networking, and resource isolation.

• Strong troubleshooting, load testing, capacity planning, and production support skills.
