HR Business Partner

We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders to drive people initiatives, organisational performance, talent development and business change across a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, talent and organisational change.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent management activities.
• Support business transformation and change programmes.
• Use people data and insight to inform decision-making and improve performance.
• Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

About You

• Experienced HR Business Partner with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Background within professional services or a similarly complex, corporate environment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
• Experienced in managing change and driving business-focused HR solutions.
