The Role • Engage with homeowners to present and demonstrate innovative roofing solutions. • Conduct in-home assessments and utilize specialized software for accurate measurements. • Negotiate and close sales, meeting customer needs with high-demand products. • Focus on closing deals through pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments. • Collaborate with a team in daily strategy meetings to prepare for appointments. • Perform inspections involving ladder or attic assessments, without needing to go on the roof. What You'll Need • No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. • Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance for client visits. • Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments within the service area. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • A proactive approach and dedication to achieving sales targets.
