Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamten Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI-LPH 1-9
  • Bauherrnvertretung; Auswahl, Beauftragung und fachliche Überwachung externe Planungs-Dienstleister und Abnahme der Planungsleistung
  • Erstellung von Bauantragsunterlagen gemäß BauO NRW und Umsetzung der behördlichen Auflagen
  • Ermittlung und Ausführung von baulichen Instandhaltungsprojekten und -maßnahmen

 

  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Bauleitung sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Gute CAD, SAP- und MS-Office -Kenntnisse
