Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in autonomous environments and can independently lead initiatives from discovery through implementation. This role requires a strong background in change management, business process transformation, and system implementation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments. Extensive experience leading change initiatives and working with data-driven projects is essential.
This is a hybrid role, and regular onsite collaboration with business and technical teams is critical for success.

Your key responsibilities would include:
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts independently, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Analyze data sets to uncover insights, validate requirements, and support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption planning
  • Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and data specifications
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadership
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive presentations
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise data strategy
We need your experience as follows:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant senior-level responsibility
  • Proven ability to operate independently and "take ownership" of initiatives with minimal direction
  • Extensive experience leading or supporting enterprise-level change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in hybrid environments with regular onsite collaboration
  • Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
Plusses:
  • Experience supporting finance and/or insurance functions
  • Exposure to enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformation programs
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or Change Management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Prosci, etc.)
