• Strong healthcare domain knowledge especially familiarity with: Members, Providers, Claims etc. HEDIS knowledge preferred.
• SQL is mandatory to : Capture FRD and technical requirements clearly, perform in-depth data profiling, should be able to write queries with joins, Understand Technical Flow, Review what developers have written and identify required changes, Understand incoming data formats and profiling needs, Triage issues and drive enhancements based on system understanding, to be able to open a notebook, inspect the data/process, and quickly understand what is happening.
• Consultants should work with: Minimal supervision, understand requirements independently, raise risks and clarification questions proactively, Deliver quality output with minimal errors, Ability to take ownership, accountability, maturity and drive work forward
