Experience designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting voice solutions in Genesys Cloud
Experience integrating for:
Call-to-Case
Email-to-Case
Ability to build custom APIs for Salesforce integration
Strong call-flow design and documentation experience
Strong troubleshooting and complex issue resolution skills
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to deliver projects under tight timelines
