The Opportunity
The Project Coordinator supports FB Timberline construction teams by connecting field execution with accurate documentation, quality records, and project reporting. You will track construction progress, coordinate technical information, and work directly with crews and project leaders to resolve issues and keep work moving.
This mid-level opportunity suits someone with construction coordination experience who wants hands-on involvement in field delivery and continued development in project controls and construction management. You will manage coordination responsibilities independently while supporting collaboration between field teams, clients, and office staff.
Key Elements of the Role
- Manage requests for information, submittals, non-conformance reports, and material approvals, maintaining tracking systems and following outstanding items through to closure.
- Keep crews and site leaders informed of current drawings, design updates, and documentation requirements, and participate in field meetings, client discussions, and site walkdowns.
- Help prepare Inspection and Test Plans, quality binders, and field forms. Check completed work against drawings and specifications, and escalate deviations or documentation gaps.
- Track installed quantities, field progress, and material usage, and monitor procurement schedules and deliveries to support construction planning.
- Document scope changes and provide accurate field information for cost and schedule reporting.
- Maintain field-level risk assessments, permits, and audit records, and participate in toolbox talks, hazard reviews, and improvement discussions.
- Coordinate documentation handoffs between teams, help crews prepare required records, and mentor less experienced coordinators in document management, quality support, and site reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Three to five years of coordination or site-based support experience in utility, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
- A diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering Technology, or a related operational field.
- Proficiency in construction document workflows, quality assurance systems, and field reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with project platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or SAP.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field teams, clients, and office staff.
- Ability to manage coordination responsibilities independently while keeping project teams informed.
- A valid Class D driver’s license and the ability to meet company driver qualification requirements.
The range shown is the expected base pay range for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on role requirements, experience, qualifications, work location, applicable project/site requirements, internal equity, and any applicable collective agreement or union requirements.
This range does not include overtime, premiums, per diem / LOA, bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation unless specifically stated in the job posting.

Depending on the position, this may include verification of work authorization, background screening, review of driving records or driver’s abstracts, drug and alcohol screening, credential verification, client or site-access requirements, and other pre-employment conditions permitted by applicable law.
