About the Role
As a key member of a growing B2B SaaS company, you will own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through expansion. You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes and drive retention and growth from our Munich office.
What You'll Do
Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention and expansion.
Be the primary point of contact for customers and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure quick value delivery and sustained engagement.
Run workshops and training sessions to accelerate product adoption.
Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
Develop deep product knowledge and advocate for customer needs internally.
Support customers during negotiations to unlock value and cost savings.
Manage accounts to drive long-term partnerships and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence development priorities.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationships in SaaS, B2B, or consulting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Proactive, empathetic, and collaborative with a solutions oriented mindset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
Experience in construction, supply chain, or the trades is a plus.
Willingness to work five days per week from the Munich office and travel occasionally to customers.
Native German and fluent English.
