The Role

• Develop needs-based care plans for residents.
• Provide holistic care and support through relationship-based care models.
• Accurately maintain care documentation and utilize quality management systems.
• Support residents in building social relationships and actively shape the living environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional training as a registered nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or general and psychiatric nurse).
• Ideally, professional experience in various care settings.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn computerized care documentation systems.
• Commitment to quality and resident-centered care.
