The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinic routine to ensure smooth operations for patients and the team.
• Participate in co-therapeutic discussions, reinforcing themes from individual or group therapies.
• Provide frontline crisis intervention, offering support and stability in acute situations.
• Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
• Support patients during meals, assisting them in developing a healthy relationship with food, particularly for those with eating disorders.
• Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Special Needs Educator).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care settings (though not essential).
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for working with individuals.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in professional development.
