The Role

• Manufacturing medical compression stockings, bandages, and orthopaedic aids.
• Performing cutting, sewing, welding, or assembly tasks using specialized machinery.
• Operating and controlling specialized machines with a strong understanding of their components and controls.
• Ensuring adherence to and improvement of product, quality, and safety standards.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and providing suggestions for enhancement.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Textile and Fashion Seamster (m/f/d), Garment Worker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Practical aptitude, excellent manual dexterity, and technical understanding.
• A strong focus on quality and a passion for precise workmanship.
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
