Job Description

Role Overview

Design, develop, and maintain complex business process workflows using Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC) , Nintex for SharePoint, and Nintex Forms. Act as a senior automation expert gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and governance-compliant workflow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement in enterprise workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain complex business process workflows using Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC), Nintex for SharePoint, and Nintex Forms.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow automation solutions.

Develop and configure workflow solutions for workflow approvals, state machine workflows, and sequential workflows.

Create user-friendly electronic forms using Nintex Forms.

Develop workflow notifications, escalations, reminders, and approval routing mechanisms.

Integration & Technical Implementation

Integrate Nintex workflows with:

SharePoint Online and On-Premises

Microsoft 365 applications

SQL Server

REST/SOAP APIs

Active Directory

External enterprise systems

Implement workflow governance, security, audit trails, and compliance controls.

Troubleshoot workflow failures, performance issues, and integration challenges.

Perform workflow migrations and platform upgrades.

Support & Operations

Support production deployments and provide L3 technical support.

Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Monitor workflow performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Contribute to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

8-10 years overall experience in workflow automation and business process management.

5+ years hands-on experience with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms.
