UX Architect

Position : UX Architect

Location :-Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Pay rate:- $140/hr c2c

Duration :-9 months initially

Primary Work Location: HQ Baltimore MD Management Office
1501 S Clinton St, Ste 600, Baltimore, MD 21224

 Specific Onsite Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

 

Required Qualifications, Must-Haves

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
• 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
• Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings without direct authority
• Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models
• Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs and define acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools, such as generative AI, research synthesis tools, or automation platforms, to enhance design efficiency and insight generation

Preferred / Highly Desired, Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or another Engineering or Technical discipline
• 15 years of experience
• 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
• ServiceNow developer certification highly desired
