Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-level technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and enterprise solution design.
• Strong hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong experience designing high-level and low-level architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of microservices, APIs, REST/SOAP, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with application integration, enterprise systems, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of databases, data integration, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application and cloud security, IAM, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience designing solutions for scalability, high availability, performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution roadmaps, and design documentation.
• Experience evaluating technologies and providing technical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or other architecture frameworks.
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are a plus.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, product, and business teams.
• Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Review existing applications and recommend modernization and optimization strategies.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and deployment.
