Job Description

Systems Integration/Test Engineer Location: Orlando, FL Job ID: #73167 Pay Range: $50-58 Clearance required Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing shock and vibration qualification testing on system hardware.
  • Maintaining detailed logs of test events.
  • Writing formal technical reports for requirements verification at the completion of qualification tests clearly showing compliance to test objectives and requirements.

Required Experience

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of Technical Writing experience.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of Mechanical Testing (such as shock and vibration) experience.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of Electrical Testing (primarily troubleshooting) experience.
  • Disciplined ability to follow test procedures and attention to detail are critical for this role

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Understanding how to utilize and prepare general test equipment including but not limited to digital multimeters, multi channel scopes, power supplies, Data Acquisition Units (DAQ) etc.
  • Familiarity with environmental qualification testing at component level.
  • Ability to understand analog signals, review real time measurement data and make real time decisions.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collect and catalog detailed test data and concisely present data to internal stake holders along with recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with Sr. Management and Leadership.
  • Ability to adequately prepare and present data reviews to a mixed audience and field questions with support.
  • Experience communicating and working with interdisciplinary teams.
