The Role

• Support colleagues in providing practical, goal-oriented, pedagogical guidance in individual living environments, family life, and education.
• Opportunity to specialize in Child Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Practice.
• Begin your studies without strict entry requirements or entrance exams.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrate diligence, a sense of responsibility, and discretion.
• Possess empathy, understanding, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
