What You'll Need • (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Demonstrate diligence, a sense of responsibility, and discretion. • Possess empathy, understanding, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Previous experience in a voluntary social year, federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
