The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Handle escalated customer account issues and review orders requiring credit evaluation.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to inform critical business decisions.
• Lead and execute special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
