We're seeking a dependable, friendly Part-Time (20 hours per week) CDL Driver Class B with passenger endorsement to provide safe and reliable transportation for our residents. Whether transporting residents to appointments, shopping trips, community outings, or special events, you'll play an important role in helping seniors stay connected, independent, and engaged.

Pay: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a passenger bus, or van
• Transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, outings, and special events. Free meals provided for driver.
• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and other mobility devices
• Help load groceries and personal items as needed
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Support community events and resident activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting a positive resident experience

What We're Looking For

• Valid Alabama Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum six months of passenger transportation experience
• Safe driving record and commitment to resident safety
• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
• Experience working with seniors is a plus
