Job Description

*Role:* Salesforce Technical Program Manager (TPM)

*Location:* Dallas, TX Onsite

*Type:* Contract

*Experience:* ~10 years

 Duration :12+ Months

*Domain (required):* Banking & Financial Services (BFS) *or* Insurance

 

*Overview:*

Looking for a Salesforce TPM to lead delivery of complex Salesforce programs for a BFS/Insurance client. Owns end-to-end delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams (dev, admin, QA, BA), and keeps programs on scope, on time, and on budget.

 

*Must-haves:*

- ~10 years of program/project management experience

- Proven delivery of Salesforce implementations/enhancements

- BFS or Insurance domain experience

- Strong PM skills: scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder management

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience

- Strong communication and leadership

 

*Nice-to-have:*

- Salesforce and/or PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications

- Financial Services Cloud experience
