Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional/Technical Analyst – SCM / Procurement to support and maintain Oracle supply chain and procurement applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle SCM/Procurement functional knowledge combined with hands-on configuration and technical troubleshooting experience.

This is a techno-functional role, so candidates must have practical experience with Oracle configuration, business process support, issue triage, integrations, and supply chain setup.

The role will support areas including Purchasing, Inventory, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Receiving, Supplier Management, and Item Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle SCM and Procurement applications.
• Perform Oracle application configuration and setup based on business and supply chain requirements.
• Triage and resolve issues related to Purchase Orders, suppliers, receiving, inventory, sourcing, and procurement workflows.
• Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate technical or business solutions.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle, vendors, supplier systems, and other procurement applications.
• Validate and maintain item master, supplier, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain configurations.
• Support configuration of procurement workflows, approval rules, purchasing options, receiving controls, and related SCM setups.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle functional solutions.
• Perform functional testing, configuration validation, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Review data and transactions to identify configuration or process-related issues.
• Support integrations involving suppliers, vendors, purchasing systems, and external procurement platforms.
• Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, releases, and production deployments.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, data issues, reports, and integration failures.
• Provide support for Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Inventory, and Receiving processes.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM / Procurement.
• Demonstrated Oracle configuration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Oracle Purchasing / Procurement workflows.
• Experience supporting Inventory and Item Master functionality.
• Experience with Supplier Management / Supplier Portal.
• Understanding of Sourcing and procurement business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting PO, supplier, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Experience working with Oracle integrations and external vendor/procurement systems.
• Strong functional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Oracle SCM / Procurement configuration and administration.
• Oracle integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with interfaces between Oracle and third-party vendor systems.
• Understanding of Oracle data structures and procurement-related tables.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with functional testing and production support.
• Experience documenting Oracle configurations and business processes.
