Account Manager
Ascot
25,000 - 30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 40,000 in Year 1)

The Role

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing and fast-paced business. This role combines account management, customer service, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering an excellent client experience.

You will be responsible for managing client and partner relationships, handling enquiries, generating business opportunities, and working towards individual

and team targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and rewarding sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via telephone, email, and digital channels.
  • Handle customer enquiries and support with escalations when required.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, existing relationships, and online channels.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Produce regular reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Keep CRM systems and customer records updated accurately.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a property/estate agency would be desirable: Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Client Relationship role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work towards targets in a commercial environment.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
