The Role
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform programming, setup, and tool changes on CNC machinery.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and conduct routine maintenance.
- Collaborate on optimizing manufacturing processes and programming sequences.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You'll Need
- Completed vocational training as a cutting mechanic, mechanical engineer, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as a CNC machine operator with strong knowledge of CNC programming and control systems.
- A self-directed, structured, and precise approach to work.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
