The Role

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform programming, setup, and tool changes on CNC machinery.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and conduct routine maintenance.
• Collaborate on optimizing manufacturing processes and programming sequences.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a cutting mechanic, mechanical engineer, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC machine operator with strong knowledge of CNC programming and control systems.
• A self-directed, structured, and precise approach to work.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
