ERP Business Analyst

Business Analyst ERP Transformation

Contract to Perm opening for a Business Analyst to support a complex enterprise ERP transformation. This individual will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, helping translate operational needs into practical, scalable ERP solutions.

*This role is onsite in Dallas, TX*

Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-discovery sessions

• Document current-state and future-state business processes

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Analyze workflows across inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management, fulfillment, supply chain, and finance

• Partner with business leaders, architects, developers, project managers, and implementation partners

• Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout delivery

• Support solution design, testing, UAT, readiness, and business adoption

• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts

Required Experience:

• Business Analyst experience supporting complex ERP implementations, replacements, or upgrades

• Experience within wholesale distribution, retail, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or another inventory-based environment

• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehousing, order management, and fulfillment processes

• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and documenting business and functional requirements

• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and process-improvement skills

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
