We are looking for an experienced Senior / Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of complex B2B SaaS products, with a strong focus on technical and enterprise use cases.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with technical fluency and the ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. You will own products end-to-end, from customer discovery and product strategy through roadmap planning, execution, launch, adoption, and measurement.

Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, vulnerability management, exposure management, attack surface management, cloud security, or security analytics will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap, execution, launch, and optimisation.
• Develop product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Conduct customer research and discovery to understand complex technical and enterprise problems.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technically feasible and scalable solutions.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, technical investments, and product initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional product development from planning through delivery and launch.
• Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer feedback and support product adoption.
• Work with technical stakeholders on APIs, integrations, data models, platform capabilities, and enterprise workflows.
• Support product launches, enablement, documentation, and go-to-market activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-powered capabilities, and product innovation.
• Contribute to products involving GenAI, LLMs, security analytics, or intelligent automation where applicable.
• Analyse competitive products, market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Establish effective product processes that improve execution speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 6+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products.
• Proven experience owning complex technical products across discovery, strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and product metrics.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other technical teams.
• Experience building or managing B2B SaaS, platform, enterprise infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
• Background in cybersecurity or related areas such as vulnerability management, exposure management, attack surface management, cloud security, or security analytics is highly valuable.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, platform architecture, and technical product development.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating complex technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and execution skills.
• Experience defining and analysing product metrics and using data to guide product decisions.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLM-based products, AI platforms, or intelligent automation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, business objectives, and long-term product strategy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
