Job Title: Sage ERP & Warehouse Management (WMS) Implementation Consultant

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Industry: Construction
EXP: - 16 to 18+

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Sage ERP & WMS Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ERP implementation, warehouse operations, inventory management, and warehouse configuration. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementation, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of Sage ERP/WMS implementation experience preferred.
  • Warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, and shipping.
  • Warehouse bin/location design, UOM setup, conversions, and item master configuration.
  • Barcode scanning and mobile warehouse solutions.
  • Inventory allocation, demand planning, and customer-specific allocation rules.
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, and ERP/WMS integration skills.
  • End-to-end implementation, UAT, training, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Scanforce WMS, especially receiving and picking.
  • Amazon, Walmart, or Chewy marketplace integration and allocation.
  • Third-party ERP/WMS integrations and demand-planning processes.


Ideal Candidate: A hands-on consultant with combined Sage ERP, warehouse management, Scanforce, bin/UOM configuration, and retail marketplace allocation experience.
