• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-year enterprise transformation or modernization programs.

• Strong project management experience using Microsoft Project to manage integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.

• Experience leading Agile delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder reviews, and

Jira-based tracking.

• Experience managing project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

These will help you succeed

• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in payer, claims, compliance, or regulatory-driven environments.

• Experience presenting program status, risks, and decisions to executive leadership and Steering Committees.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technology.
