Oracle HCM Technical

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, developing integrations, data conversions, and reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining HCM Extracts.
• Expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversions, mass updates, and migrations.
• Experience with BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Recruiting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, XSLT, and Fast Formulas is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration and data issues across HCM applications.
• Experience working directly with business users to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
