Roth Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator I to Assist with intake and tracking of AI use case submissions
Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 to $31.11
6 months contract
The Coordinator I provides coordination and administrative support for the enterprise AI Use Case intake and review process. This role works under the guidance of the AI Platform team and the AI Use Case Committee to help schedule meetings, track requests, maintain documentation, and support communication between business requestors and review teams.
Demonstrates clear, professional, and respectful communication in written and verbal interactions with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with intake and tracking of AI use case submissions.
* Schedule meetings and send agendas, materials, and reminders.
* Take notes and capture action items during review meetings.
* Update ServiceNow records and basic tracking logs.
* Respond to routine process questions using documented guidance.
* Route complex questions to senior team members or subject matter experts.
* Provide status updates and follow up reminders as directed.
Required Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
* Experience working with calendars, meetings, and documentation.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
* Ability to follow defined processes and instructions.
