About the Role
Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will develop and operate AI agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally at startups, with at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems, including operating LLM agents in production.
Experience with agent orchestration, evaluation, and reliability, using a framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an agents SDK.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience using Next.js.
Product-minded, curious about emerging AI tools, and comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as ERPs is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Equity is offered. Visa sponsorship is available.
