The Role

• Deliver comprehensive engineering support for critical test equipment used within the UK.
• Maintain high levels of equipment availability and improve existing designs.
• Design and develop new test equipment solutions.
• Compile and approve engineering designs, changes, and task actions.
• Take ownership of in-service support and test equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company, project, national, and international standards in design and safety.

What You'll Need

• HNC/HND/Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in test equipment or hardware design.
• Experience in the repair and investigation of test equipment.
• Proficiency in understanding and creating drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Ability to diagnose complex special-to-type test equipment to component level with limited support.
• Experience in leading and performing development activities, including producing design documentation.
