The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company's operations team, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for landscape and snow services.
• Prepare professional proposals and communications for client engagements and internal stakeholders.
• Review project specifications and contract documentation to ensure successful execution.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to guarantee client satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Relevant experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of prior sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate activities effectively.
• Must be able to travel to various work sites and conduct site assessments.
• Prior experience in landscape operations management is essential.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
