Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience with large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven experience working with Senior Executives, Business Leaders, and IT Leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects or large-scale programs from initiation through completion.
  • Partner with Senior Business Leaders, Executive Stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT Leadership to define strategy, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance structures.
  • Drive project execution ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular status reporting.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and business units.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and overall program health.
  • Drive Agile and traditional project management best practices.
  • Support organizational change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for programs.
  • Mentor project managers and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing global delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data, claims, membership, provider, or clinical systems.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled project management and productivity tools.

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with enterprise transformation, cloud migration, data modernization, or digital initiatives.
  • Exposure to compliance and regulatory environments including HIPAA.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity PPM, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
