We are hiring for a leading roadside assistance and automotive services provider with a long-standing heritage and a reputation for innovation and member trust, dedicated to keeping the UK moving. Join their dynamic Patrol division to deliver expert mechanical repair and emergency breakdown support.

The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick and confident solutions to a variety of vehicle issues, including battery, tyre, and complex faults. • Start and finish your shifts from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. • Act as a problem solver and customer-focused ambassador for the brand. • Tackle varied challenges, from simple fixes to in-depth fault finding, on the roadside.

What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for each customer.
