The Role

• Oversee the comprehensive medical management of a psychiatric institute outpatient department (PIA).
• Drive patient flow and optimize the operational efficiency of the outpatient services.
• Develop and refine existing concepts to ensure the highest quality of psychiatric care.
• Foster successful interdisciplinary collaboration within the outpatient teams.
• Contribute to the overall strategic development and quality improvement initiatives of the department.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Proficiency in managing patient care within an outpatient setting.
• Experience with Outlook and medico software for efficient task management and communication.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Demonstrated dedication to continuous professional development in psychiatry.
